110-oz packagefrozen cauliflower(I like to use organic)
2.5cupsfiltered water
1pouchDaiya Cheddar Style Deluxe Cheeze Sauce
Instructions
Dump frozen broccoli and frozen cauliflower into Instant Pot.
Add water.
Seal Instant Pot and set to 15 minutes cook time on high.
After it has finished cooking, let it depressurize naturally for about 15 minutes, then vent.
Open and pour in the pouch of Daiya Cheeze Sauce
Use immersion blender to blend until smooth. It will seem very runny at first, but will thicken a bit.
Serve.

If you're not dairy-free, you can make my mom's yummy version of this soup by replacing the Daiya Cheddar Style Deluxe Cheeze Sauce with:2 TB Butter1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
